🔹 Here’s a look at the comprehensive work we’re doing:
1. Sewer Drainage Systems: We’re installing a robust sewer drainage system that spans above ground, underground, and within concrete structures. This includes a fully integrated venting system to ensure proper airflow and prevent blockages, delivering a long-lasting solution for the estate’s waste management needs.
2. Main Water Supply Installation: To guarantee consistent water access throughout the estate, we are installing a comprehensive water supply system. This includes above-ground, underground, and concrete installations, ensuring water flow is both efficient and reliable, no matter the conditions.
3. Heat Pump & Geyser Combo: As part of our commitment to energy efficiency, we are installing a combination heat pump and geyser system. This setup, paired with full hot water reticulation, will ensure sustainable, cost-effective water heating across the estate while minimizing energy consumption.
4. Stormwater Management: Effective stormwater drainage is essential to protect the estate from flooding and ensure long-term site stability. We’re installing a main stormwater line, as well as building manholes, headwalls, and placing Reno mattresses to safeguard the surrounding environment and improve the overall drainage system.
5. Sanitaryware & Plumbing Finishes: Our team is meticulously handling the installation of all sanitaryware and plumbing finishes across the estate. From fixtures to the smallest details, we’re ensuring that every element is carefully installed to meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
