This newly built Student Accommodation Village is being built in Mankweng in Limpopo 30km away from Polokwane towards Tzaneen.

Once the construction is completed, we aim to accommodate about 3000 students at the University of Limpopo. Part of Thermowise scope includes all underground sewer drainage and the internal drainage as well as the domestic hot and cold-water ring mains and internal installation with sanitary finishes. We will also be installing fire pipe work and fire hose reels.

Thermowise is a sub-contractor that partnered with six local plumbing SMME contractors who does the actual installation managed and inspected by Thermowise. Our goal is not only to assist financially but also to empower the small upcoming companies and the local people to have an opportunity to engage in the development process of their community.

Upon completion this project will be a milestone and proud accomplishment for us at Thermowise part of the Viessmann group of companies.
