The new Princess Plots housing development is situated in the Roodepoort area in Gauteng and will be a welcome addition to this community.

The Princess Plots project consists of twelve main buildings with a total of 333 accommodation units combined. The facilities will also include four paraplegic units, guard house and a maintenance room.

The project commenced in August 2020 with Thermowise being actively involved from March 2021, the project is currently scheduled for completion in May of 2022.

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

Twelve Hot water plant rooms consisting of 500L to 3000L storage hot water pressurized vessels and 7.2Kw to 30Kw air to water Thermowise heat pumps.

Thermowise is responsible for following installations

  • Cold water feed from main water to buildings including circulation in roof, ducts and internal inside units
  • Hot water feed from hot water plant rooms including circulation in roof, ducts and internal inside units
  • Above ground drainage
  • Fire installations i.e., Fire hose reels and extinguishers.
  • Water meters to units

Upon completion this project will be a milestone and a proud accomplishment.
