The new Grand Central Towers social housing scheme is situated in the centre of Midrand CBD and will be a great addition to the community.

The project is in its kickoff phase and commenced in August 2022, aiming to be completed by December 2023.

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

Waste water and sewerage installation, subsoil drainage, warm water ring mains, sanitaryware and  plantrooms, consisting of pressurized storage vessels accommodated with 23Kw to 32Kw Thermowise air to water heat pumps.

Thermowise will also attend to the required firewater ring mains and hydrants.

Upon completion this project will be a milestone and proud accomplishment for us at Thermowise part of the Viessmann group of companies.
