The Groove is directly across the road from Wits University. It is the ideal place for student accommodation with a high finishing standard.
The project aiming to be completed by Mid-November 2022.

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

Water reticulation hot and cold throughout the building.
Drainage done in PVC.
Hot water Plant rooms with 150000-liter storage vessels and a bulk water storage tank.
Fire protection throughout the building with galvanized lines and fire hose reels, including extinguishers.

Upon completion this project will be a milestone and proud accomplishment for us at Thermowise part of the Viessmann group of companies completing the project with an original time frame of 12 months.
