The Brooklyn Studios is a stone throw away from the main gate of the University of Pretoria. It is the ideal place for student accommodation with a high finishing standard.

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

Water reticulation hot and cold original scope includes a greywater system.

Drainage done in PVC.

Hot water Plant rooms with 4 10000-liter storage vessels and a bulk water storage tank.

Fire protection throughout the building with galvanized lines and fire hose reels.

Upon completion this project will be a milestone and proud accomplishment for us at Thermowise part of the Viessmann group of companies completing the project with a original time frame of 12 months in 5 months in site
