The scope of works under this contract includes the complete domestic water system along with

booster pump sets (No longer required), and final distribution of cold water pipe work within the building as shown on drawings.

This Specification relates to the supply of equipment’s, testing at factory, delivery to site,

installation and connection, site testing and commissioning, adjusting and setting to work of the works listed below:

  • Sanitary fixtures and accessories
  • Hot and cold water distribution
  • Installation of booster pump sets
  • Soil and waste water drainage
  • Hot water plant installation
  • Thermal and protective insulation of pipe work, plant and equipment installed
  • Noise suppression measures for plant and equipment installed
  • Protective painting of all materials installed
  • Identification labels for all services
