This privately constructed student accommodation facilities is a welcome modern space for those focusing on their futures.

Situated next to picturesque green strip in the suburb of Naturena close to Soweto. These facilities consist of 94 modern units with all amenities. The student village also provides the students with three recreational areas and swimming pool facilities.

Construction commenced in February 2021, with Thermowise being actively involved from March 2021.

This project was successfully completed and handed over on the 04th of November 2021.

The Thermowise scope of works consisted of the supply and installation of the building waste drainage, water reticulation (hot and cold), hot water plants, sanitary ware and a full turnkey fire system.
