The new Ballito Village Residential housing is situated in the Ballito and will be a welcome addition to the community.

The project is in its kickoff phase and commenced in November 2022, aiming to be completed by November 2023

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

Water reticulation
Storm water drainage installation
Heat pump Installation
Sewer drainage installation
Fire Installation
Sanware installation

Thermowise will also attend to the required firewater ring mains and hydrants.
