Acsiopolis is designed to be an exclusive building comprising of three twenty story towers, namely South, West and East. Two of the towers (East and West) are luxury apartments and remaining tower (South) a pending five-star hotel. In addition to the towers Acsiopolis sports a six-level basement parking, retail area, spa, two swimming pool areas and a restaurant.

This building will, like many other around itself, house the bodies that feed “Africa’s’ Wall Street”.

Construction commenced in August 2016, with Thermowise being actively involved from the last quarter of 2017 and with the aim of being completed by mid 2022.

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

The scope of work that Thermowise is responsible for includes the supply and installation of building waste drainage, world class Geberit stormwater drainage systems and water reticulation (hot and cold In addition to all of the above-mentioned items, Thermowise boasts with an ecologically oriented, energy sparing hot water plant which utilizes eleven 80 Kilowatt and eight 125 Kilowatt hot water systems to feed, with the help of Grundfos pumps, the vastly intricate water system running through the building.. The sanitaryware installation is inclusive of all toilet pans, flush plates and three types off basins (wall hung basin, under mount basin and top of vanity basin). All basin installations have angle valves and Geberit bottle traps. Quality Franke sinks are installed in all kitchen areas. All sinks and basins are fitted with Hansgrohe mixer taps. Showers and bathtubs are finished with Hansgrohe chrome-plated plates and handles.

Upon completion this project will be a milestone and proud accomplishment.
