Exciting project from the Thermowise team!
We’re proud to showcase our plumbing installation for the New Maritime School of Excellence boarding residence in Durban. This project features Akatherm HDPE drainage systems for sewer and stormwater, along with a comprehensive copper water reticulation setup.
Sanitary fixtures, including WCs, wash hand basins, and showers, will be installed. Six plant rooms will be equipped with hot water tanks (4500L, 2500L, and 1000L), supported by powerful 11kW and 7.5kW heat pumps.
We’re also implementing a fire and domestic booster system, bulk water storage, and a stormwater drainage system connected to JoJo tanks, ensuring efficient and reliable water management.
