Umalusi Council sets out to monitor and assure the quality of education and training in South Africa. With that, the council’s office space requires the same quality assurance and upkeep, thus Thermowise has undertaken the task of providing a quality plumbing and drainage renovations to the Umalusi Council Office space.

The project commenced in January 2022 and is currently in its intermediate phase of completion. Aspired projected completion is August 2022.

Our scope requirements consisting of the following:

 Additions and alterations to existing internal infrastructure, consisting of installation of Geberit HDPE pipe and fittings for internal drainage and Geberit Mepla pipe and fittings for water supply to sanitary ware.

Moreover, sanitary ware from manufacturers such as Franke, Vaal, Cobra and Grohe will be installed in 13 ladies and 6 gentlemen ablutions, 2 kitchens and public / visitors’ lavatories. Furthermore, the external entails water reticulation, sewer drainage reticulation, storm water reticulation and manhole installations. In addition to the above, installation of Fire protection lines in block A will be done as well.
